Dog of the month - Libra (Sept 23 - Oct 22)

Your Libra dog is generally easy-going and loves plenty of attention. It’s hard to say no to those big brown eyes so he generally get what he wants! He is a good manipulator, so be on your guard. He is eager to please and happy to join in any activity going. This month he is going to be extra calm and contented, quite at ease in any situation he finds himself. He will benefit from listening to relaxing music if he has to be left alone.

Scorpio (Oct 23 - Nov 21)
You may find that your dog is acting up a bit this month. Maybe you are paying too much attention to another pet or leaving her alone longer than usual. Just act normally and she’ll soon be fine!


Sagittarius (Nov 22 - Dec 21)
Don’t push your dog too hard this month – let up a bit on the training or agility and let him set the pace if possible. He may feel self-conscious if asked to perform in public.

Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 21)
Your dog will benefit from being given a specific task this month – maybe she can bring you the paper or fetch your slippers. She will benefit from feeling useful.

Aquarius (Jan 22 - Feb 18)
You are very in tune with your dog this month – it’s almost as if you are reading each others mind. You will probably take him to new places and he will certainly have new experiences.

Pisces (Feb 19 - Mar 20)

Your dog will feel unsettled if there are too many changes made this month. Try and keep things near to her normal routine as possible.


Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 20)

Make the most of your dog’s high energy levels this month and teach him some new tricks. He will get on extremely well with family members and other pets, and will seem extra playful.


Taurus (Apr 21 - May 20)

You may well find your dog hiding her toys this month, or finding a new place to bury bones. She is feeling a bit secretive, so even though you know her hiding places don’t let on!


Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
This is a good month to give your dog a health MOT. Check between all those paw pads and down those ears! Are his teeth pearly white and sparkling? He will enjoy the attention!

Cancer (June 21 - July 20)

Your dog will have a lot of physical stamina this month and will enjoy being given some extra exercise. You may find that she has trouble accepting discipline and you will need to check her more energetic impulses.

Leo (July 21 - Aug 21)
Your dog is going to feel happy and relaxed this month and will shine at anything he does. He will be generally friendly and confident, although you may notice times when he appears to be lost in contemplation.

Virgo (Aug 22 - Sept 22)

Your dog may appear to be worrying about something this month. Try and

give her something to do to take her mind off things. She

may have trouble with her stomach – watch what she eats.
